Char Dham Darshan in winter – Now during the winter season, there will be darshan of Char Dhams at these Gaddisthals. Know where the devotees will be able to do puja. Those devotees who are unable to go to the Dhams located in the higher Himalayan regions during the Char Dham yatra can have darshan at the Gaddisthals.
With the closing of the doors of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri Dham as per the rituals, the Char dham Yatra has completely ended for six months, but the devotees will have the facility to visit and worship the Char Dhams at the Gaddisthals during the winter season.
Also, the devotees who are unable to visit the Dhams located in the higher Himalayan regions during the Char Dham Yatra can have darshan at the Gaddisthals. The state government is also promoting winter travel so that tourism activities continue in the state throughout the year. This year the doors of Kedarnath Dham opened on 10th May and closed on 3rd November.
Baba Kedar sitting in Omkareshwar Temple – Char Dham Darshan in winter
Baba Kedar’s Panchmukhi Doli is situated in Omkareshwar temple in Ukhimath. Before the doors open in April-May next year, Panchmukhi Doli will depart from Ukhimath for Kedarnath Dham. Baba Kedar is worshiped in Ukhimath during winters. Here devotees can have darshan and worship of Baba Kedar.
Uddhav and Kuber’s doli settled in Pandukeshwar
The doors of Badrinath Dham were opened on 12th May and closed on 17th November. From the Dham, the carriages of Uddhav and Kuber have settled in Pandukeshwar Yoga Badri, While the throne of AdiGuru Shankaracharya will reach the Narasimha temple in Joshimath. Devotees will be able to worship and have darshan of Lord Badri Vishal in Pandukeshwar and Joshimath during winter season.

Mother Yamuna’s carriage sitting in Kharshali
The doors of Yamunotri Dham open every year on Akshaya Tritiya. This year, the Chardham Yatra started with the opening of the doors on 10th May. The doors of the temple closed on November 3. Till the doors open next year, Mother Yamuna Doli is present in the Yamuna temple located in Kharsali. Where regular worship is performed.
Visit to Gangotri Dham in Mukhwa
The doors of Gangotri Dham were opened on 10 May. They were legally closed on November 2. During winter season, Mother Gangotri resides in Mukhwa. Where devotees can offer prayers and have all Char Dham Darshan in winter season till the doors open next year.
