Char Dham Offline Registration 2025 : Good news for Char Dham Yatra pilgrims! This year, Char Dham offline registration will be available at Rishikul Ground in Haridwar. To make the journey easier, the administration is also setting up rest camps at Bairagi Camp and Bat Island where pilgrims can relax before heading to the holy shrines.
The Char Dham Yatra is all set to begin from 25 April, and big preparations are being made in Haridwar, which is known as the gateway to the Char Dham. This year, the District Magistrate has made a full plan to help pilgrims with smooth registration and better facilities.

Key Facilities for Pilgrims in Haridwar

Offline Registration Center: Rishikul Ground will serve as the main place for Char Dham offline registration.

Rest Camps: Pilgrims can take rest at camps being prepared at Bairagi Camp and Bat Island.

Toilet Facilities: Over 20 temporary toilets will be set up at Rishikul Ground, Bairagi Camp, and Bat Island.

Separate Toilets for people of all genders: Special care is being taken to ensure hygiene and privacy for all pilgrims.

Parking Arrangements: There will be enough space for parking near all major spots.
Last year, more than 1 lakh pilgrims completed their offline registration from Haridwar. This year, the number is expected to grow even more. That’s why extra arrangements are being made for cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
Regular Cleaning & Monitoring
Ravindra Dayal, Assistant Municipal Commissioner, said that cleaning teams are working in shifts to keep the places neat and clean. The teams are also checking all locations regularly to make sure pilgrims don’t face any problems during their stay.
